For Beatles fans and collectors: It adds newly released/unreleased material from crucial years (1963-69) that weren’t previously available in this form.
The remixes of Free As a Bird and Real Love bring a fresh angle on those later-period Beatles productions.
The standalone release (rather than being locked inside only a massive box-set) gives more accessible formats for those only wanting this volume.

Some fans have noted that a significant portion of the material (in terms of tracks) has appeared before (in box sets or deluxe editions), so the “unreleased” count may be less than expected. (Reddit)
The price for vinyl edition and import shipping may add up, especially if you’re based in Nigeria and ordering internationally.
If you already own many of the out-takes from previous deluxe Beatles releases, the value add might be less pronounced.
